At least five references are required, ideally from:
- Your current Clinical or Medical Director
- Two or three O&G Consultant colleagues from the last five years
- Consultant Anaesthetist
- Senior Midwife
- One colleague from your training period (if you lack evidence of training)
Consider carefully who to use, bearing in mind the need to prove possession of ‘…the full range, depth and breadth of competencies listed in the curriculum document…’
