Annual expectation of educational progression ST1-ST7 in O&G
To ensure that there is a nationally consistent understanding amongst trainees and educational supervisors the RCOG has developed the Annual expectation of educational progression ST1-7 in O&G matrix. This issues guidance on all aspects of training, both clinical and non clinical, for each year of training. The process to develop the matrix has been by extensive negotiation between all the Heads of School with input from the trainees committee and various other stakeholders.
