Fee and payment

Please see the registration form for details of registration fees. All retired Fellows and Members of the RCOG are entitled to a 50% discount on the registration fee (please state if you are retired at the time of booking). The fee includes refreshments, lunch, admission to the lectures and any technical exhibition and drinks reception (if applicable) for the registrant only. You will receive postal confirmation of your registration within 10 days of receipt of your payment at the conference office. Please note that you are not guaranteed a place until you receive this confirmation, so if you have not received this within ten days please contact us asap. If applying 2 weeks or less before the meeting, you should telephone 020 7772 6245 to confirm that a place is available before registering. Payment may be made by credit card via our website at www.rcog.org.uk/events.

Requesting invoices procedure

You need to complete the conference registration form which can be found in the events page and send it along with a headed letter from you trust stating that they are happy to be invoiced for the payment.

This letter should contain the following information and will only be accepted if it is on official trust headed paper

  • Purchase order number
  • Name of event
  • Name of delegate attending the event
  • The amount they are happy to be invoiced for
  • Name, address, telephone and email of the person the invoice should be sent to

Both of the above should be either emailed to the conference assistant (details can be found on the event page), faxed to 020 7772 6388 or posted to RCOG, Conference office, 27 Sussex place, Regents park, London. NW1 4RG

Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept invoice requests two weeks before the event, this is due to the time it takes to process invoices. All invoices must be paid by the event date in order for the delegate to attend, if payment has not been received by this date the delegate will be asked for payment on arrival at the college.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Office and it is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure the Conference Office has received the written cancellation a minimum of 2 weeks before the meeting (except Basic Practical Skills Courses, which must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the course). A standard administrative charge of £25 will be made on all cancellations received 2 weeks or more prior to the conference. We regret that refunds cannot be issued on cancellations received 2 weeks or less prior to the conference. An administrative charge of £50 applies to certain meetings, including SprOGs, Basic Practical Skills Courses, Part 1 Revision Course, Part 2 Revision Courses and OSCE courses. Please check your confirmation letter, which will be sent to you by post, for clarification. Cancellations will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

In the unlikely event the course is cancelled by the RCOG, we regret we are unable to refund any delegate travel and/or accommodation costs that have already been incurred by the delegate, or any administration charges relating to cancellation of travel tickets or accommodation.

CPD

Information regarding CPD entitlement for this meeting can be found in the general information regarding the meeting on the website or on the printed brochure. Certificates of attendance will be provided as required.

Data Protection Act

The details you provide on this form will be held and processed electronically in order to administer your registration. Your name, department, hospital name and town will be included on the list of participants that will be issued to delegates, speakers, sponsoring companies and other interested parties involved in the conference.

We will keep your contact details on record in order to inform you of future RCOG conferences and courses. If you do not wish your details to be used in this manner, please tick the appropriate boxes on the registration form.
