Foreword
I am pleased to introduce our Customer Charter.
We recognise that our customers have the right to expect a fair, efficient and polite service which meets their needs.
These pages set out the standards of service we aim to provide and it is intended to ensure consistency in how we deal with our customers. We are committed to making sure that we keep to the principles of high quality customer service.
We value and welcome all feedback from customers and this document provides information on how this can easily be done.
