How should I book if my hospital or trust is paying for me to attend?
You need to complete the conference registration form which can be found in the events page and send it along with a headed letter from you trust stating that they are happy to be invoiced for the payment.
This letter should contain the following information and will only be accepted if it is on official trust headed paper
- Purchase order number
- Name of event
- Name of delegate attending the event
- The amount they are happy to be invoiced for
- Name, address, telephone and email of the person the invoice should be sent to
Both of the above should be either emailed to the conference assistant (details can be found on the event page), faxed to 020 7772 6388 or posted to RCOG, Conference office, 27 Sussex Place, Regents Park, London. NW1 4RG
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept invoice requests two weeks before the event, this is due to the time it takes to process invoices. All invoices must be paid by the event date in order for the delegate to attend, if payment has not been received by this date the delegate will be asked for payment on arrival at the college.
How do I get to the College?

I have not received my confirmation letter
Please allow 7 days to receive a copy of your confirmation letter and receipt by email. If you have not received it after this date please call the Conference Department on 020 7772 6245 or email events@rcog.org.uk quoting your RCOG registration number and full name.
How do I know if there are still places left?
Our online booking system is linked directly to our database so when the bookings reach a certain level, the conference will show as fully booked when you try to book on. If this is the case please call the Conference Department on 020 7772 6245 or email events@rcog.org.uk to find out if there are still places available.
Can I attend a conference for only one day?
This is usually possible, please contact the Conference Department on 020 7772 6245 or email events@rcog.org.uk
I am not a Fellow or Member of the College – am I still able to register for an RCOG event?
Yes. If you wish to register on-line for an event you will need to register with the RCOG website. This is a simple process that takes less than two minutes. Please click here for further information.

When will I get my certificate of attendance?
Your certificate of attendance will be sent to you by email within one week of the end of the course. If you have not received it in this time, please contact the Conference Office on 020 7772 6245 or email events@rcog.org.uk.
Can I obtain a duplicate certificate of attendance?
Only if you attended the event within the last 12 months. Please contact the Conference Department on 020 7772 6245 or email events@rcog.org.uk to obtain the duplicate certificate. Certificates for courses held from January 2010 will be sent by email only.
Can I obtain a duplicate receipt?
Yes, please contact the Conference Department on 020 7772 6245 or email events@rcog.org.uk. We may have to obtain a duplicate from our finance department which can a day or so.
