- Conference Administrative Requirement Form - Please return immediately
- College PowerPoint Presentation Slide Template - Please send your presentation one week before the meeting.
- Declaration of Interest Form - Please return a Declaration of Personal Interests Form to us if you have not done so in the past year. If you have declared any conflicts of interest to us, we would encourage you to mention these during your talk if they are relevant to the topic.
- Conference Speaker Expense Form - Please complete within 3 months of the event. See RCOG Travel Policy below

Guidance Notes for Speakers and Chairs
Please read the travel policy above and note that if you are a regular speaker at the college, please be aware that you may now only claim for first class travel if the ticket is an "advance" fare (previously known as APEX) booked in advance at a reduced rate for specific trains. Open or "anytime" First Class fares or First Class tickets bought on the day of travel will no longer be reimbursed. Definitions of ticket types, as well as information on where to buy tickets in advance, can be found at www.nationalrail.co.uk.
