All fees must be paid in full before the meeting. The RCOG reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of non payment. The prices below are for all RCOG conferences and courses taking place from 1st September 2011 onwards.

The prices indicated above are inclusive of VAT for all RCOG conferences and courses held at the College.
Please note the above fees do not include the following courses: Basic Practical Skills, Follow-up RCOG Study Group meetings, MRCOG OSCE Revision Courses and PROMPT: Training the Trainers. Fees for these courses can be found on the relevant web pages and below.

The fee includes refreshments, lunch, admission to the lectures and any technical exhibition and drinks reception (if applicable) for the registrant only.
Which rate should I select?
To verify which rate you should be booking at please see the details below. If you are in any doubt please contact the Conference Office.
Please select the rate that genuinely applies to your current post. Checks will be carried out to ensure delegates are booking at the appropriate rate.

Payment
Online payment may be made by credit/debit card via our website at www.rcog.org.uk/events. Places booked by post, fax or telephone may be paid by credit/debit card, cheque (payable to RCOG) or invoice. Payment from abroad should be by international bankers draft or money order in sterling. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted. We can not accept post-dated cheques.
We regret we cannot accept payment by American Express or Visa Electron.
If you register on the day of the meeting, please note we can only accept payment by cash or credit / debit card (no cheques).
To request an invoice
Complete the event booking form which can be found on the events page and send it along with a letter from your organisation stating that they are happy to be invoiced for the payment. This letter should contain the following information and will only be accepted if it is on official headed paper:
- Purchase order number
- Name of event
- Name of delegate attending the event
- The total amount to be invoiced for
- Name, address, telephone and email of the person the invoice should be sent to
Both of the above items should be either emailed to the conference assistant (details can be found on the event page), faxed to 020 7772 6388 or posted to RCOG, Conference Office, 27 Sussex Place, Regent's Park, London, NW1 4RG.
Please note: We are unable to accept invoice requests in the two weeks before the event, this is due to the time it takes to process invoices. All invoices must be paid by the event date in order for the delegate to attend, if payment has not been received by this date the delegate will be asked for payment on arrival at the College.
Confirmation of your booking
Booking online provides you with immediate confirmation of your place and receipt of payment by email. Places booked by post, fax or telephone will be confirmed within 14 days of receipt of payment. You are not guaranteed a place until you receive this confirmation.
If you have not received confirmation of your place before the start of the event please telephone the Conference Office.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure the Conference Office has received the written cancellation a minimum of 2 weeks before the meeting (except Basic Practical Skills Courses, which must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the course). A standard administrative charge of £25 will be made on all cancellations received 2 weeks or more prior to the conference. We regret that refunds cannot be issued on cancellations received 2 weeks or less prior to the conference. An administrative charge of £50 applies to certain meetings, including SpROGs, Basic Practical Skills Courses, MRCOG Part 1 Revision Courses, MRCOG Part 2 Revision and OSCE Courses. Please check your confirmation letter for clarification. Cancellations will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
In the unlikely event the course is cancelled by the RCOG, we regret we are unable to refund any delegate travel and/or accommodation costs that have already been incurred by the delegate, or any administration charges relating to cancellation of travel tickets or accommodation.
Feedback - Audience Response System
Some meetings at the college will use keypads to collect anonymous feedback. If you are issued a keypad, you will be liable for it and are required to return it along with its lanyard at the end of the event to a member of the Conference Office. If your keypad is not returned, you will be charged £45 for the replacement.
CPD
You may claim 1 CPD credit per hour of learning (excluding discussions and refreshment breaks). Information regarding CPD entitlement for each meeting can be found in the general information section of the relevant page on the website or printed brochure. Certificates of attendance will be provided in an electronic format.
Data Protection Act
The details you provide on the booking form will be held and processed electronically in order to administer your registration. Your name, department, hospital name and town will be included on the list of participants that will be issued to delegates, speakers, sponsoring companies and other interested parties involved in the conference.
We will keep your contact details on record in order to inform you of future RCOG conferences and courses. If you do not wish your details to be used in this manner, please tick the appropriate boxes on the registration form.
