Fellows, Members and Trainees will be billed for copies at the end of the year. Please note that other users of the service are required to make payments before photocopies are provided.

Per article or chapter - £2.50 + VAT
Non-Members
Per journal article - £6.00 + VAT
Commercial requests
For up to 20 pages and multiples thereof for larger documents - £10.00 + VAT
Inter-Library Requests
Per journal article - Dependent on charges made by supplying library
Self-service photocopies
A photocopier is available for use in the library. The machine is cash operated with copies costing 20p per page.
Digital photography
Visitors wishing to use their own digital cameras to record material from the collections will be charged £5.00 per day.
Commercial hire
Depending on the condition of the object, some items from the collections are available for hire by commercial organisation such as film studios at a cost of £100 + VAT per day. Borrowers are expected to cover any transport costs associated with the hire.
