Returns

Unwanted items

You can cancel your order within 7 working days from the day you receive your order. We are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us in saleable condition.

Please not that we cannot accept the return of software if the item has been unsealed.

Please write a reason for the return on the delivery note sent in your package and include with your return. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to the address below:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect items

Please return damaged or incorrect items to us as soon as possible and let us know the cost of returning them to us. This will be refunded to you. Please let us know if you would like a refund or replacement.

Non-delivery of Books

If your order does not turn up promptly, please contact the RCOG Bookshop who will advise you on the status of your order. Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted more than 60 days after the order is placed as the couriers do not retain delivery information after this period.
