Adding to the Shopping Cart
When you find a book you would like to buy, click on the blue 'add to cart' button. This will then appear in the shopping cart 'block' in the right-hand column. Keep doing so until you have selected all of the books you wish to buy.
If you wish to review your order, click on (View cart) in the shopping cart block and you will be taken to a detailed shopping cart.
If you wish to go straight to the checkout, click on (Checkout) in the shopping cart block.
Shopping Cart
In the Shopping Cart window you can amend quantities, remove a book from the basket, return to the shop or proceed to the Checkout.
If you wish to remove a book, click in the box to the left of the title and then click on the blue 'Update cart' button.
If you wish to alter the quantity of a book, change the number in the 'Qty' box and click on the 'Update cart' button.
Click on the blue 'Checkout' button to proceed to the Checkout page.
Checkout
This page lists the books you have selected and the total cost. Please fill in the billing and delivery address details. When you select the country in the 'Delivery information' window, the basket will calculate the delivery charge.
Please then fill in your payment details and click the blue 'Review order' button.
The Order Review page will then be shown. Click on the '' button to make your purchase.
Payment Options
Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Eurocard, Switch, Solo and Electron. American Express and Diners cards are not accepted on this website.
If you do not wish to order with a credit or debit card online, please print out the order form and send it to us with a cheque/postal order/bank draft in pounds sterling to:

Delivery Information and Charges
If the books ordered are in stock, the order will usually be despatched the following working day from the RCOG Bookshop. Orders for books not held in stock usually take a week to order from the publisher before being despatched. Inclusion of a title on this website does not guarantee that the book is in stock. You will be advised if we cannot fully supply your order.
Delivery charges:
UK: £5.00 for the first book, plus £1.00 for each additional book. Postage is free for orders over £39.
Europe: £7.50 for the first book, plus £3.50 for each additional book.
Rest of the World: £10.00 for the first book, plus £5.00 for each additional book.
Delivery times:
UK: 3-5 days
Europe and Rest of the World: 7-14 days
Delivery method:
Small packages are sent by registered first class mail in the UK, and airmail overseas.
Large packages (over 2 kilograms) are sent by DHL.
Returns
If an item has been supplied incorrectly or is faulty, please contact us to discuss the best means of return. We will of course reimburse you for the item and return carriage. If you would like to return a book that you are dissatisfied with, please do so within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the book. Please ensure that the book is well packaged. Books not received back in saleable condition cannot be refunded and will be returned.
Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted more than 60 days after the order is placed as the couriers do not retain delivery information after this period.
