Our future vision is for self sufficiency in the target countries and to this end we are vigilant at all our courses to identify those individuals attending the courses that possess the personality, potential and ambition to become trainers. Over time these trainees will be able to teach without the help of external agencies. The ripple effect is enormous and will render our work sustainable and create long term improvement of local standards.
