Core training

Price

There are 95 eTutorials available.

Prices for UK residents: each eTutorial is £12 or £18 (inclusive of VAT), depending on its length. If you live outside the UK, prices will vary. Please see our International (non-UK) price structure.

VAT policy

All eTutorials are VAT inclusive (where applicable). VAT will only affect UK residents. The prices shown when selecting tutorials, and in your shopping cart, will be the total price of the purchase for all customers.

Access period

Once purchased, you can access an eTutorial online for 5 years.

Membership benefit access

Fellows, Members and registered trainees of the RCOG can now access StratOG Core Training eTutorials as a benefit of membership. For more information, see our membership benefits page.

Registered trainees are trainees who are members of the Trainees’ Register.

If you are eligible for membership benefits access and logged into the site, your College affiliation will be recognised and access provided automatically.

Cost of the all 95 core eTutorials

StratOG is designed so that you can purchase individual eTutorials to meet your training requirements, to allow you to study what you want, when you want.

For UK residents only, the total cost of all 95 eTutorials is £1362.00 (inclusive of VAT).

International price structure

The RCOG offer StratOG to under-resourced countries at a discounted price. The World Bank country classification is used. Countries are divided into three bands based on their gross national income. To see what band your country falls into and for more information, see our International (non-UK) price structure.

Other core training resources

The eLearning and Simulation for Instrumental delivery (EaSi) resource is a new addition to the core training resources. It provides 11 eTutorials covering background and preparation of instrumental delivery, vacuum extraction, forceps, rotational deliveries and key decison making.

These are freely available to everyone. Access now from the core training page (listed under 'Other resources' at the bottom of the module list).


Teaching resources

The Teaching resources are a bank of case studies and discussion questions taken from the Core Training eTutorials. These can be used by trainers in their teaching sessions. Alternatively, they can be used for focused revision for the Part 2 MRCOG examination without the Core Training eTutorial content and structure.

If you are a trainer (and not an RCOG member) you can request free access.

Advanced training resources

The Abortion care eLectures are a package of four eLectures that support the Abortion Care ATSM. The package is available for £103.13 (£82.50 for Fellows, Members and registered trainees).

Once purchased, you will be able to access the eLectures online for 5 years. If the lectures are updated during this time, you will automatically be able to access to the most recent version. Please note that the package is also available on a CD-ROM from the RCOG Bookshop.
