Normal cervix.

Pre-invasive disease of the female lower genital tract encompasses a spectrum of intraepithelial neoplasia of the cervix, vulva and vagina. These changes are referred to as cervical, vulval and vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN, VIN and VAIN, respectively).
