Welcome to the new RCOG website
Following the successful digital transformation of our exams and events in 2021, our new website is the next milestone in our work to improve the usability and accessibility of the College’s digital services.
As we roll out the new site, please accept our apologies as we do all we can to minimise any potential disruption. Over the coming weeks and months we will be adding more content to the website. Please see frequently asked questions below:
We began rolling out the first phase of the website on Tuesday 15 March.
Most users can see the new website by 12 noon UK time, but it may take up to 24 hours for some users depending on your location.
The preparation and development to connect all our platforms will begin at 9pm UK time on Sunday 13 March. This means some of our services will be temporarily unavailable so we can complete the necessary work to go live.
You won’t be able to access the following services from 9pm UK time Sunday 13 March until Tuesday morning:
- Login/logout functionality
- Events registration
- Access to member benefits
Functionality to pay your Membership, Trainee, Associate or Affiliate annual subscription will be available from week commencing Monday 21 March 2022.
The new website will not impact you from a technical perspective, and your existing login details will remain the same.
As with the launch of any new digital platform there may be some post-launch minor difficulties and bugs. Thorough testing has taken place prior to launch to minimise these. We thank you for your patience while the website settles.
There are noticeable improvements to the design, with an enhanced user experience and changes to the navigation, so it may take a bit of time to familiarise yourself with the new layout.
Over the coming weeks and months we will tell you all about the exciting new features of our site.
