Deputy Convenor, MRCOG Part 1 Revision Courses

We are seeking a Deputy Convenor to support the current Part 1 Convenor to organise the RCOG series of Part 1 revision courses.

Together with the Course Convenor, the deputy will be responsible for the current and future programme of Part 1 Revision courses, ensuring their content reflects any changes in the exam, developing a pool of trained faculty to run the course, developing and maintaining a question bank and quality assuring all courses.

Tenure for this role:  May 2022 – May 2025

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Experience of developing courses
  • Experience as an MRCOG examiner
  • Experience in writing examination questions for either undergraduate or postgraduate medical examinations
  • Experience as examiner in undergraduate or other postgraduate examinations
