Recruitment Officer – Specialty Education Advisory Committee (SEAC)

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer for the Specialty Education Advisory Committee (SEAC)

The Recruitment Officer oversees the UK recruitment process for training places in O&G, and provides expert advice to RCOG on issues affecting the recruitment of suitably qualified individuals into O&G.

The Recruitment Officer liaises with and provides advice to national and international bodies involved in recruitment, including the ongoing review / revision of application process and standardisation and development of interview schedule (virtual / face to face).

This appointment is for a 3-year term, commencing January 2022 (the term includes a 6-month handover period working with the current Recruitment Advisor).
