We are seeking members for the RCOG/HEE Workforce Working Group
The work of this group will inform both HEE’s workforce training and subspecialty planning and the development of the RCOG workforce strategy.
We will explore flexible working, workforce data and staff modelling, behaviours and culture, multi-disciplinary teams, specialised training and regional variations.
We are looking to expand the membership of our working group to include representatives at different career stages from diverse rural and urban locations.

This appointment is for a 1-year term from February 2021.
