An opportunity has arisen for a Membership Assistant within the Membership Team at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG). This is a vital role within a busy operations team supporting an international membership community.
The main focus of this role is to support day to day membership operations, specifically to be responsible for membership verifications, processing and reporting on membership applications and renewals as well as ongoing data maintenance. Another key aspect of this role is to provide customer service support.
As a successful candidate, you will have experience of providing excellent customer service face to face as well as via email and telephone. You will have experience of data entry and creating and managing customer records. You will have an excellent ability to prioritise, plan and pay careful attention to detail whilst working to deadlines. You will have a flexible approach to work and have good organisational and time management skills.
