European Network of Trainees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ENTOG)

The European Network of Trainees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ENTOG) aims to establish continuous means of communication between European O&G trainees, create better understanding of training in our specialty throughout Europe and achieve comparable high standards of training and thereby improve the quality of medical care in all European countries.

To reach its objectives, ENTOG organises a yearly exchange programme and educational meeting for trainees, at which overseas trainees visit hospitals in the host country and then participate in a trainees’ conference. This is under the jurisdiction of the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG), which consists of representatives of the O&G colleges of Europe. The meeting following the exchange programme gives trainees and trainers the opportunity to discuss their experiences and make suggestions for improvement.
