The European Network of Trainees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ENTOG) aims to establish continuous means of communication between European O&G trainees, create better understanding of training in our specialty throughout Europe and achieve comparable high standards of training and thereby improve the quality of medical care in all European countries.
To reach its objectives, ENTOG organises a yearly exchange programme and educational meeting for trainees, at which overseas trainees visit hospitals in the host country and then participate in a trainees' conference. This is under the jurisdiction of the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG), which consists of representatives of the O&G colleges of Europe. The meeting following the exchange programme gives trainees and trainers the opportunity to discuss their experiences and make suggestions for improvement.
ENTOG March 2020 – Norway
The ENTOG 2020 exchange will be held in Norway 11-13 May 2020. This will be followed by the ENTOG Scientific Meeting and Council in Bergen on Thursday 14 May 2020.
The RCOG supports the travel expenses for 2 trainees to attend. Please note that the expenses must be in line with the RCOG travel policy.
