Have you experienced persistent behaviour which matches the definitions of bullying, harassment and undermining? Did you feel undermined? If so, it’s likely you’ve experienced undermining.
However, this can be a grey area – one person’s constructive feedback is another person’s bullying. If you’re not sure, you may find it useful to watch the videos produced by the RCOG on workplace behaviours.
