This Workshop aims to develop essential knowledge and skills in the management of mental health conditions during pregnancy, labour and postnatal period and acknowledging the vital role of the Maternity staff. This will include:

  • How to screen and signpost mothers with mental health problems
  • Ensuring robust evidence-based Care Planning during pregnancy
  • How to address mothers with tocophobia / birth trauma/ pregnancy loss
