Each of the congress sessions has time set aside for oral presentations on a variety of areas in O&G. This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience of speaking at an international congress and expose your work to a wide audience.
Electronic poster presentation
ePosters are an integral part of the congress and can be viewed not only by those attending the event but also by anyone else on our special e-poster website. Successful presenters have the opportunity to design their poster online so there is no longer any need to print or transport your poster.
All posters for the congress are electronic and the ePosters are displayed in the Exhibition Hall on plasma screens and dedicated poster viewing stations. An on-demand screen is also available to display posters on request.
Publication of abstracts in BJOG
The top 500 abstracts from work presented at the Congress will be published in a special World Congress online supplement of BJOG.
There is no charge for submitting an abstract however all successful authors will need to register to attend the Congress in order to present.
Should your abstract be accepted as an ePoster for inclusion within the programme, there will be a fee per ePoster in order to be included within the Congress. Full instructions on ePoster submission will be given upon acceptance.
Submission guidelines and important information
Please remember that submitting an abstract does NOT automatically register you as a Congress delegate. Authors must register by the Early Bird deadline (15 January 2020). If the named abstract presenter has not registered for the Congress by 15 January 2020, the abstract will be considered to be withdrawn.
