This exam is only open to applicants who are currently registered with the UK General Medical Council (GMC) or the Medical Council of Ireland (MCI). If you are not registered with either regulatory body at the time of application, please do not proceed any further as you are not eligible to attempt this exam.

Please note, that the DRCOG exam will now be transitioning from a paper-based to a computer-based format as part of the launch of our new IT Exams System. Further information about the project and computer based testing is available here.
Please note, the booking process will be in two stages. Candidates wanting to sit the exam on 3 October will need to book via our website selecting either UK or ROI, based on where you reside, by no later than the closing date provided below. Candidates booked onto the exam will then be contacted by Pearson VUE, our new computer-based testing partner, by no later than 24 August, to select an available slot at one of their test centres based across the UK and Ireland.
