This one day event for clinical leaders focuses on ‘Supporting our Doctors’ and the ways your College can support you in the challenges you face day to day. The programme will cover job planning, workplace behaviours, CQC preparation and guidance on how to effectively manage complaints and serious incidents to ensure the best outcomes for women, doctors and trusts.
Our speakers will present the practical methods and cultural changes that can be introduced to help you lead and influence positive change in the workplace and to shape a safe, fair and positive environment for our doctors and for women. Throughout the day delegates will participate in lively debates, interactive workshops and Q&A sessions that will better prepare you for the challenges of medical leadership.
The Clinical Directors’ Leadership Forum, is a ‘must attend’ event for both recently appointed Clinical Directors and experienced clinical leaders alike, who are seeking to develop and refine their leadership skills and encourage a culture that delivers better health care for women.
Course delegates are also given the opportunity to feedback to the College on the impact of national policy on clinical leadership and front line service delivery, thus helping shape the College’s agenda for the year ahead. It is an ideal arena to discuss the issues and potential solutions and is recommended for all aspiring and experienced clinical leaders.
