This one-day event is an interactive forum where delegates can learn about strategies that have been successfully adopted to manage difficult workplace behaviour issues. The speakers have a range of experience from both within the NHS and in other sectors.
Delegates will have the opportunity to listen to speakers, find out about collaborative ventures which they can sign up to, and take part in interactive workshops to discuss strategies. The event is designed to give delegates an opportunity to discuss their own experiences with dealing with inappropriate behaviour, and also to hear about successful ventures, which they could potentially adopt in their own institutions.
This is the third event that forms part of the collaborative work on tackling undermining and bullying, led by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
