The registration fee (inclusive of online discount and VAT at 20%) for this event is:

  • Medical students: £180

Online Late Booking Rates, Tuesday 3 October 2017 Onwards

  • Full conference: £380
  • One day: £300
  • Social event tickets: £25
  • Medical students: £230

*If you are changing jobs and will have problems getting study leave in time to book at the early rate then please let us know BEFORE the early booking deadline expires and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How to book

  1. Sign into the RCOG website or create your account here – you need to be registered with the RCOG website to book on to an event
  2. Check that your card billing address is listed in ‘My account’ > ‘My details’ > ‘Addresses’, as you will need this in order to complete your booking
  3. Check that your details are correct in ‘My account’ > ‘My details’ > ‘Career stage’, as we will use this to calculate your registration fee
  4. Return to this page
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the booking form, which will appear once you are logged in


Alternatively, you may book using the postal booking form, although if you book using this method you will not receive the online discount.

Abstracts accepted and presented at the RCOG National Trainees Conference 2017 will also be published in an online supplement to BJOG.

This year there are three ways for you to present your abstract and showcase your work

1)    Stump the Experts

Submit your difficult cases for a chance to stump our experts

2)    Oral Presentation 

The best submissions will be selected to speak in the main programme

3)    Poster Presentation 

Display your work in visual form around the conference venue

How to apply

  • Abstract to be considered for either Stump the Expert, Platform Poster or Poster Presentation will only be accepted online.
  • Please read the instructions for authors and FAQs before submitting 
  • Online abstract submission can be found here and you will need to register and create an account the first time you use the system.

National Maternity Voicesnational maternity voices

Maternity Voices Partnerships are multi-disciplinary teams of women, midwives, doctors and commissioners who work together to review and contribute to the development of local maternity services. They are an effective vehicle for listening well to women and their families about their maternity care experience and the place for co-production in maternity, ensuring women are at the heart and services are shaped around them and their needs. 

National Maternity Voices is a network of Maternity Voices Partnerships lay-chairs and user reps providing peer support, advice and mentoring.
