The Centre for Women’s Global Health is based on a Human Rights approach to development, working into Sustainable Development Goals 3 & 5.
Obstetricians, gynaecologists and allied healthcare professionals are in a unique position to advocate for the improvement of women’s sexual and reproductive health care services. So that services are accessible, available, acceptable and of high quality for women everywhere.
RCOG fellows and members are a global network located in every continent. They are leaders in the field and drive improvement in women’s health.
This network puts the Centre in a unique position to partner with local providers to build capacity and support improvements within health care systems.
Our modules have been developed to build capacity and sustainable growth into health care systems. Our target areas are:
- Sexual and reproductive health
- Essential obstetric skills
- Respectful care
