Programme team and Local Development Leads (LDLs)

Each Baby Counts + Learn and Support is being delivered jointly by the RCOG and the RCM and managed by a central project team.

16 Local Development Leads (LDLs), all of whom are midwives or obstetricians, have also been appointed to help deliver the programme.

Together, they will co-design, test and evaluate new approaches to promote a positive and supportive workplace practices, and look after staff wellbeing.
