Ensuring doctors are supported to deliver the highest levels of care.
An overwhelming majority of those working in O&G find it a stimulating and rewarding career. However, we understand that it can sometimes come with its challenges. Supporting the O&G workforce and ensuring doctors are equipped and supported to deliver the highest levels of care to women and girls is a key strategic priority for the RCOG.
Has your wellbeing been affected by working in O&G? Two years ago Imperial College London asked RCOG members to complete a survey examining the wellbeing of clinicians working in obstetrics and gynaecology. They are now repeating this survey to assess how working through the pandemic has affected your wellbeing and experience at work. We hope the findings from this study will provide data that will drive the development of policies that will improve the working lives of all of us in the specialty.
Look out for a link in RCOG emails to take part in this short survey.
