We recognise that SAS and LE doctors are an important, valuable, growing part of the medical workforce. The RCOG are already working to engage SAS and LEDs across College activity, celebrate SAS careers, raise awareness of the opportunities available to SAS doctors and communicate the importance of SAS and LE doctors in the O&G workforce.
Membership for SAS and LE doctors has a range of enhanced benefits tailored to this community and the RCOG encourages all doctors working in O&G to consider membership of the RCOG.
SAS and LEDs with RCOG membership have the following benefits:

- Eligible to apply to be a member of the SAS and LED Committee and sit on a range of College Boards and Committees, directly feeding into College activity
- Regional representatives share important SAS and LED communications with their regional SAS and LED network
- Become a part of a global community of experienced O&G practitioners and have access to exclusive resources. Find out more about the different types of College membership and the benefits of RCOG membership
