Getting in touch

If you're still having account problems, please get in touch by following the steps carefully:

  1. Choose a category on our main Contact page which most closely relates to what you're trying to do. For example, if you're trying to log in to pay your annual membership fees, click Membership queries; if you're trying to apply or book an exam, choose Exams queries; and so on.
  2. Please provide identifying details so that we can confirm your identity. This includes things like your RCOG account number, full name, date of birth, any email addresses you may have used, and any exams you've taken (if relevant). We need to know you're the owner of the account before we can proceed.
  3. Please make sure you provide clear details of the problem you're having. The more information you can provide, the better we can understand what is happening and help fix the issue.
  4. You may be asked for screenshots so that we can see what is happening. Please save clear, full screenshots of the problem you're having, ideally showing the web address (URL) of the page where it's happening. Clear, full screenshots of the problem can really help and will speed up fixing the problem.
