Supporting the O&G workforce is a key priority for the RCOG, so that our members are able to deliver the highest levels of compassionate, safe care to the women and girls they look after.
It is normal to need support when dealing with personal or professional difficulties. Many doctors use these services during difficult periods in their careers.
Talk to someone confidentially
Peer Supporters offer UK members a confidential listening space and can help you find the right support.
Champions promote positive workplace behaviours and offer guidance on workplace conduct to trainees, early career SAS and LE doctors in O&G.
If you are struggling, help is always available. Please talk to a friend, relative, colleague or supervisor. The wellbeing resources hub signposts key contacts and other sources of support.
