- You’ll first need to enter your username (email address) and click ‘Reset password’
- You’ll then receive an automated email that contains a link to a dedicated, secure page on the RCOG website – click on the link in the email to access that page (please note that the link will only be active for 8 hours after you receive the email)
- For security reasons, we’ll then ask you to verify your email address – enter your email address, then click ‘Verify’
- Finally, click the blue ‘Complete password reset’ button – you’ll then receive an automated email with your new password, which you can use to sign in to the website
- Please note that your new password will be computer generated and we strongly advise that you immediately set a new password – you can do this in the ‘My profile’ section of the site, under ‘My details’.
