Our Staff Networks have been established by our staff, for staff. They create spaces to share experiences, raise issues, offer peer-to-peer support, and input into RCOG policy and business decisions.
Our current networks are:
LGBTQ+ Staff Network
This network provides the opportunity to share experiences and have input on business decisions and their potential effects on LGBTQ+ colleagues at the RCOG.
This network supports employees who have or will have childcare responsibilities. It offers peer-to-peer support and champions ways for the RCOG to become a more inclusive employer for working parents.
Disability and Long-Term Conditions Staff Network
This network supports employees living with long-term physical and mental health conditions and disabilities, It does this by sharing experiences, providing support and signposting, developing networking opportunities and having input on business decisions that affect colleagues who identify as having a disability or long-term health condition.
Racial Equality Staff Network
This network supports colleagues by sharing experiences and mutual support, raising awareness on issues affecting employees from racial and ethnic minorities, and influencing decision making and working practices at the College. It advocates for greater inclusivity and proportional representation at our most senior levels.
