We are closest to London Bridge Station and easy to reach from other train, underground and bus routes.

Badges

Please ensure you wear the name badge issued to you at reception at all times.

In an effort to be environmentally friendly, it is our aim to recycle as many name badges as possible.
Please help us by leaving your name badge on the registration desk at the end of the meeting.

Catering

The registration fee includes lunch, tea and coffee on the days that you have registered to attend. If you have informed us of any special dietary requirements, the details will be printed on your badge, please inform the catering staff so they are able to provide you with your meal.

Certificates of attendance

Certificates are available in electronic format only. Following the closure of the event, a link to the evaulation form will be sent to the email address used by the delegates when they registered. Once the delegate has completed the survey, they will receive an email with the certificate of attendance.

We strongly recommend that once you receive the email with your certificate, that you save an electronic copy of your certificate so you can access it and print it when required. The evaluation link will be deactivated 2 weeks after the event.

CPD

For those registered on the RCOG CPD Programme

You may claim 1 credit up to 3 hours or 2 credits per day for a full day's attendance at this event. Further credits are available for reflection and action following the activity (1 credit for reflection and 1 or 2 credits for action). Please see the CPD Framework for further guidance.

For those not registered on the RCOG CPD Programme

You need to confirm with the institute which manages your CPD programme how to claim CPD credits for your learning.

Disabled access

Disabled access is available to the Main Hall and all event spaces using lifts.  Disabled toilets are located on all ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

Feedback

We value your feedback and as a provider of CPD activities it is extremely important to us in helping to improve our events as well as providing a written evaluation mechanism so the quality of our events can be measured.

Following the conclusion of the event, a link to the evaluation form will be sent to the email address used by the delegate when they registered. The evaluation link will be deactivated two weeks after the event. Alternatively, you are welcome to send any comments to .

Fire

If the fire bell/alarm sounds continuously, please leave the building by the nearest designated exits and assemble at the Fire Assembly Point, which is located on Union Street in front of the TFL building (directly to the west of the College building) and Crossbones Garden. Click here for map.

Lost or stolen items

We will not accept any liability for loss, theft, damage of any item of property belonging to participants on college premises. A reasonable charge for the return of any lost or unclaimed property will be made.

Photography and recording

The recording of video and audio is not permitted by attendees within the auditorium. This includes the use of portable digital equipment such as digital cameras, MP3 recorders and camera phones.  This represents a breach of College copyright. Photos are permitted but we ask that attendees do not disturb the speaker or others in the audience and do not use flash.

On occasion a photographer will be commissioned by the RCOG to take photographs at some events. These photographs may be included in the College's educational, promotional and corporate publications and on its website. They may also be circulated in the media and be made available to other interested parties. If you have any questions, please contact a member of staff at the registration desk.

Poster certificates

A certificate will be emailed to the presenting author only using the email address used by the presenter when they submitted their abstract online.

Additional poster certificates will not be provided for co-authors.

The College has a multi-faith room located on the ground floor which delegates can use for their prayers.

Presentations

The PowerPoint presentations for the meetings are available on the RCOG website and will remain there for 12 months.  In order to view them please follow the instructions below:

  • Sign in using your registered email address and password
  • Once you are signed in, click on My events, courses & exams
  • Click on the name of the relevant course or event to access presentations

We can only post the presentations online from speakers who have allowed us to do. Speakers may make last minute alterations to their presentations which will not be included online.

Despite numerous efforts we are not always able to tell you which speakers have not given us permission to distribute their presentations, for this reason we advise you to take notes during the event.
