By "personal data" we mean information that can identify you or another living individual.
We take our obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 seriously and we welcome the opportunity to put things right, so please contact us using this form in the first instance.

This form collects your personal data, such as your name and contact details, as you enter them. We use it to manage your complaint, and we will only share it with third parties where necessary to investigate your complaint, or where we have a legal or similar obligation to do so.

What happens next
You will receive an automated email confirming we have received your complaint.
Our Data Protection team will review it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond as quickly as we can. We will keep you informed of progress and of any delays.
Responses are usually by email, unless you ask us to contact you another way. We may also ask you for further verification or information to help us investigate.
