Applications

Due to a technical issue, we have had to pause bookings for the July 2021 examinations. Following an urgent review, we have taken the decision to use an alternative mechanism to provide candidates with an opportunity to book a place.

Venues

The MRCOG Part 1 exam will be available to sit in Pearson VUE test centres in over 40 countries. For further information please see the March 2021 update under MRCOG Part 1: News and updates.

Coronavirus update

Due to coronavirus, test centres continue to be monitored as we adhere to government guidelines globally. If exams centres have to close, candidates will be contacted to explain next steps.

Fees are banded using the international membership subscription country bandings.
Banding applies to the centre in which you are taking the exam and not the country of residence of the candidate.
See which band your country falls under.

From 1 January 2018, there is an additional administration charge of £10 for those who do not pay their exam fees online, e.g.: pay over the telephone, by cheque or bank draft. If you pay online, there is no extra charge.
