What is group registration? 

Group registration enables Group Co-ordinators to register, view and manage multiple registrations for this congress. It is designed for groups of over two delegates. Groups of less than two should register individually, using the main registration portal. 

Please ensure to have unique email addresses and mobile numbers for each attendee and contact the congress secretariat if you may need further assistance in processing the group registration.

Consultant: Consultants, Specialists, GPs, SAS and LE Doctors

Trainees: Specialist Trainees, House Officers, Medical Officers, Foundation Year Doctors, PhD Students, Clinical Fellows. To qualify for the trainee rate, you must send documentary proof that you are a trainee at a recognised educational institution and this must accompany your registration form. Please email this to registration@worldcongress.rcogevents.com. For UK-based trainees, please provide your National Training Number (NTN) as proof of trainee status.

Low Resource Countries: Anyone practising in Band B and Band C countries listed here is eligible for the Low Resource Countries delegate rate. You are not eligible if you are originally from one of these countries but now practising elsewhere and you will need to go back and select the 'International Band A' registration type.

Midwives and Allied Healthcare Professionals: Midwives, Nurses, Sonographers.

Medical Student: Anyone who is studying for an undergraduate medical degree. Your registration must be accompanied by a letter from your head of department or supervisor (on hospital headed paper) confirming your eligibility.

After the positive feedback of our first ever hybrid World Congress in 2022, RCOG World Congress 2023 will return as a hybrid event, hosted at our London headquarters and online on our interactive virtual platform.

RCOG 2022 featured 44% of delegates attending for the first time and we were delighted to welcome delegates from over 80 countries – making this a truly inclusive global event.

Yes, as submitting an abstract does not automatically register you as a Congress delegate.

Authors must register by the original early bird deadline (Monday 24 April 2023). 

If the named abstract presenter has not registered for the Congress by this date, the abstract will be withdrawn.
