Log of experience
The log of experience is designed to help you monitor your clinical experience and record your training. You don't need to submit this log to the RCOG, but your School may want to see evidence of your experience. You can develop your own spreadsheet if you prefer.
Keep this log of experience in your Training ePortfolio. Record your training in as much detail as possible, for your own benefit as well as for your ATSM Preceptor and deanery.
